The apartment at ZhK Fort Kutuzovsky is styled as contemporary art deco: a cream velvet-and-leather sofa with muted dusty-blue cushions sits against dark lacquered mirror panels, while natural-wood herringbone parquet carries a warm tone through the living room.
The dining area centres on a round table with a brass base and quilted armchairs on black, brass-capped legs; overhead, a cascade of round crystal chandeliers hangs above the table, and an oversized gold-framed clock on the wall continues the brass theme through the room.
A coffered ceiling with hidden cove lighting and glossy brass-patterned panels turn the apartment into a formal space built for entertaining, while staying lived-in and warm.
